When looking to hire a personal chef for a special event, people often have various questions to ensure they make the right choice. Here are some of the common questions we are asked:

What is your culinary background and experience?

With a solid foundation in the culinary arts and years of experience in the industry, Chef Aicardi & her team brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

Her journey began at a young age, where she discovered her passion for cooking and embarked on a lifelong commitment to perfecting her craft. Having

honed her skills in renowned kitchens around the world and trained under prestigious chefs, Chef Aicardi has acquired a diverse range of culinary techniques

and a profound understanding of flavors from various cultures. Her repertoire includes both classical and contemporary styles, allowing her to create

innovative and tantalizing dishes that captivate the senses.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?

Many clients have specific dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences. Due to this, we can create a menu that meets your needs and can

accommodate any special requests. We’re happy to ensure you this!

Do you provide a tasting or sample menu before the event?

We only provide taste testing when reserving a dining experience for a party of 50 people or more. There will be a tasting fee varying on menu selection.

How do you handle menu planning and customization?

We offer several Menu’s based on dining experience however, we are open to your requests and preferences to which we will tailor a unique menu for your event.

What is your pricing structure and what does it include?

Our pricing structure is based on party size & package selection. For groups of 10 + our packages start at $185 per person plus the cost of food.

Gratuity is not included & is not mandatory. What is included: personal shopping for menu items selected one to two servers to wait on guests clean

up post event

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accomodate as small and as large as a party. For groups of 30 or more, there is a two week grace period for booking. Meaning, you will need to

reserve at least two weeks prior to your reservation date.

Do you provide additional services, such as table setup or service staff?

We offer other services such as table set up & decor, from plating and dinnerware to table scaping for your themed dining experience.

We also offer full bartending service, a certified mixologist to prepare specialty drinks through out the night.

Do I Need To Be Home When The Chef Is Cooking?

It’s entirely up to you. Our chefs can cook in your presence or before you arrive home. We respect your privacy and work to provide a seamless

service that fits comfortably within your schedule.
